FAA L-824 Type C airport lighting cable. Copper tape shield eliminates EMI. CPE jacket resists de-icing fluids. -40°C to +90°C.

Application

FAA L-824 Type B/C airport lighting power cable (5kV) for series lighting circuits in runway, taxiway, approach and touchdown zone lighting. Meets FAA AC 150/5345-7F. EPR/XLPE insulation, CPE jacket resists de-icing fluids. Suitable for direct burial, conduit, duct, aerial. ICEA S-93-639/NEMA WC74 compliant. -40°C to +90°C. Copper tape shield for Type C prevents EMI, unshielded Type B for general. Shielded variant reduces mutual interference in extended parallel runs. Single conductor, stranded tinned copper, XLPE/EPR 90°C, CPE jacket abrasion/chemical resistant. Rated 5000V.
