Application
Power-limited fire alarm cable per UL 1424 (FPL, FPLR, FPLP). For fire alarm systems, smoke detectors, pull stations, horn strobes, sprinkler monitoring, voice evacuation systems and security access control signals. FPLR (riser) vertical shafts, FPLP (plenum) air handling spaces. Meets NFPA 72/70 (NEC 760), flame propagation ≤5ft, peak smoke optical density ≤0.50. Solid/stranded bare copper, PVC/XLPE insulation 60°C, overall shield (foil+braid) for signal integrity in electrically noisy environments. Twisted pair construction.
