Application
Reeling/trailing mining cable per ICEA S-75-381 / VDE 0250-814 for surface and underground mining equipment with frequent spooling/unspooling: draglines (walking draglines), large shovels, bucket-wheel excavators, stacker/reclaimers, and mobile belt conveyors. Round design with EPR insulation, reinforced CPE/polyurethane (PUR) jacket. Helical lay stranding, torsion-resistant construction, integrated braided reinforcement, and aramid fiber components for flex life up to thousands of cycles per shift. Rated up to 25kV, 90°C continuous, 130°C overload, 250°C short-circuit. MSHA flame test, ozone/UV/abrasion resistant.
Core Strengths
Ordinary mining cables fail after weeks of reeling cycles on draglines. Our reeling cable's helical lay stranding with aramid reinforcement endures thousands of cycles per shift. PUR/CPE jacket resists cutting/crushing by ore. Rated 90°C continuous, 130°C overload, 250°C short-circuit.
