Aluminum alloy wind cable cuts 50% tower weight. Class 2 conductor, butyl rubber, CSM sheath. -40°C to +90°C. Salt spray/oil/UV/ozone resistant.
Application
IEC 60502-1 aluminum alloy conductor cable (0.6/1kV and 1.8/3kV) for wind farm collector systems, tower internal wiring, and auxiliary power distribution where weight reduction is critical. Class 2 aluminum alloy conductor, butyl rubber insulation, CSM sheath. Lighter than copper alternatives, reduces tower load and installation cost. Operating temp: -40°C to +90°C. Flame retardant per IEC 60332-1-2 and bundled Class C. Resists moisture, salt spray, oil, UV, ozone.
Core Strengths
Copper cables add unnecessary tower weight and cost. Our Class 2 aluminum alloy conductor reduces weight by 50%, butyl rubber insulation, CSM sheath. Rated 0.6/1kV & 1.8/3kV, -40°C to +90°C. Resists salt spray/oil/UV/ozone. Flame retardant.
